Although I’m not very much of taking a lot of vegetables I try to include it in the Daily diet of my family, and among them fresh artichokes bought on the market, because it is a food rich in phosphorus, iron, calcium and vitamins A, B and C (https://alimentos.org.es/alcachofa). This week I prepared this rich artichoke stew with potatoes and peas with Mycook. A dish that at the same time light is very rich and is very easy to prepare. You can add ham taquitos, gives it a very good touch. I hope you like them!!!

Ingredients
- 4 artichokes
- 1 lemon
- Water
- 30 g oil
- Half onion in quarters
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 potato peeled and cut into cubes
- 70 grams of peas
- 100 grams of water
- 50 grams of good white wine
- 1 tablet of broth
Preparation
- First we clean the artichokes, cut them in half, remove the hairs inside and each half cut it into 3 parts and we dip in a bowl of water with lemon.
- Next we put the butterfly in the glass. We put the oil and garlic. We schedule 1 minutes, 120 degrees, speed 1.
- Then add artichokes (drained), potatoes, peas and water. Then we schedule 17 minutes, 100º, speed 2.
- Finally we check that everything is well cooked as well as the salt point. Add a little salt if we consider it necessary and/or schedule 5 more minutes if we believe that artichokes are not well cooked.
