  1. To prepare the chicken with carrots and pumpkin, we will start by cleaning the chicken and chop it. We sprucked it out.

  7. Once the onion has been poached, add the carrots and pumpkin, mix and let a few minutes take everything a little flavor. Add a little more salt.
  8. Add the white wine, let the alcohol evaporate. Add a glass of water and let cook everything about 30 minutes.
  9. If necessary, you can add more water. Once there is the carrot and the tender pumpkin, we try the sauce, you can add more salt and pepper. If it is ready we turn off and ready to serve.
