Chickpea and quinoa burgers

It is increasingly common to find vegetarian restaurants that offer us a wide variety of delicious dishes with which to expand our culinary repertoire at home.

  • 50 grams of quinoa
  • 200 grams of organic chickpeas cooked
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour

  1. We put the parsley leaves, chickpeas and peas into the jar of our Mycook and schedule 2 minutes at 40 degrees at speed 1. We lower the ingredients and schedule another 2 minutes at 40 degrees at speed 1. Then we program 6 minutes at progressive speed 2-4 without temperature.
  2. While we cook quinoa in a separate saucepan. 1 part quinoa (50 grams) and three water with a little salt.
  3. Add eggs and flour to the MyCook jar and mix well for 2 minutes at 2-3 speed without temperature.
  4. In a separate bowl we mix the quinoa with the mixture that we have in the jar and salt.
  5. We heat a frying pan with a little oil and pour two tablespoons of the mixture. With a cooking shovel we give it the shape. Cover the pan and wait about 15-20 seconds. We turn it around, cover up, count another 15-20 seconds and our burger is ready.
Notes
The sauce is usually improvised, in this case were four tablespoons of Greek yogurt, juice of half a small lemon, a teaspoon of dill, ginger, ground pink pepper and a little salt. All well removed with a spoon and enjoy!
