Chickpea and zucchini balls

Bolitas de garbanzo y calabacín

Delicious vegan recipe of bolitas of chickpea and zucchini with leek and cinnamon for MyCook. Perfect for a day in a hurry, easy, fast, healthy and delicious!

Dare to try these delicious balls of chickpea and zucchini. I love innovating in the kitchen, and today I had no time but I was very hungry. It occurred to me to make these balls of legumes and vegetables, and they came out delicious.

From now on I’m going to upload more vegetarian and vegan recipes because, even though we’re not, we’ve decided to eat less meat and more vegetables, so I’m going to have to give a lot more imagination into the kitchen. I hope you like it!!
