  • 30 gr extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • ½ red pepper
  • 1 green pepper (italian)
  • 2 tomatoes pear
  • 100 gr pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 400 gr vegetable broth or water
  • 400 gr of boiled chickpeas (1 jar)
  1. Heat the oil 1 minute and 30 seconds at 120° speed 1.
  2. Add the chopped garlic and fry 1 minute at 120° speed 1.
  3. Add the chopped onion and schedule 3 minutes at 110° speed 1.
  4. Chop and add peppers, pumpkin and tomatoes and cook 10 minutes at 110th speed 1.
  5. Put the paprika and schedule 30 seconds to speed 2 to mix well.
  6. Give 3 turbo strokes to grind the vegetable and with the spatula lower the remains towards the blades.
  7. Put the mixing trowel on the blades.
  8. Add broth and chickpeas and cook 25 minutes at 120° speed 2.
