Chocolate and cream pancakes

Pancake dough is easily made with Mycook. You can fill it with both salty and sweet ingredients and there is nothing better for a special snack than some rich chocolate and cream crepes. This recipe will conquer palates from small and old.

In this case I used homemade nutella that I had made a few days ago, without palm oil or other harmful ingredients. This nutella recipe was taught by a pastry artist at her Escuela Espaisucre in Barcelona and since then I prepare it assiduously. Above I’ve thrown some whipped cream, because my daughter loves it. The result of scandal!

Ingredients
  • For nutella:
  • 100 g Chocolate (good quality)
  • 50 g Hazelnut paste (pure)
  • 1 c/c Salt
  • 5 g Vanilla (pasta)
  • 125 g Whole milk
  • 150 g Cream for brew (35% mg)
  • 40 g Egg yolk (approx. 2 yolks)
  • 35 g Sugar
  • For pancakes:
  • 250 g Milk
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 120 g Flour
  • 2 Egg
Preparation
  1. First weigh all the ingredients and set them in a bowl.
  2. Secondly prepare an English cream: place the mixing trowel, pour the ingredients into the jar and program 6 minutes, 90º, speed 3.
  3. Now schedule 10 more minutes, 80th, speed 3.
  4. Then schedule 2 minutes, speed 3 and, with the machine running, go adding through the mouth the ingredients you have weighed and reserved in step 1.
  5. Finally, pour the contents into a glass container, close it tightly and leave in the fridge.
  6. Now we prepare the pancakes, for this we put the mixing trowel on the blades, introduce all the ingredients and beat 1 minute, speed 4.
  7. Equally heat a frying pan, smeared with butter and cover the bottom with a thin layer of dough. Similarly, when you appreciate that the crêpe peels off from the pan, turn it over and turn it on the other side. Then repeat the operation as many times as crêpes.
  8. Finally fill each pancake with nutella and whipped cream and close

Almond paste you can buy it in specialized stores, but also in Mercadona, Lidl, or make it homemade
