Chocolate cake 1-2-3

A recipe of the lifelong, biscuit chocolate 1-2-3. Surely in your house you have ever prepared the version without chocolate and it was great, because the same happens with this cake, you will love it.

This recipe does not have much mystery, to make it very fluffy all we have to do is assemble the eggs with the mixing trowel put on the blades. You’ll see how fluffy is. I will also leave the amounts in gr if you do not want to have to use the glass of yogurt to measure everything.

Ingredients
  • 1 natural yogurt without lactose (125gr)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 measure of sunflower oil yogurt (110 gr)
  • 2 measures of sugar yogurt (220 g)
  • 3 measures of flour yogurt (210 gr)
  • ½ measure of nesquik or colacao yogurt (100 gr)
  • 1 sachet of yeast (16 gr)
  • 1 handful of chocolate nuggets (to taste)
  • lactose-free butter to grease the mold
Preparation
  1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees with heat up and down.
  2. Put the mixing trowel on the blades and pour yogurt, eggs and sugar into the jar. Schedule 4 minutes at speed 4.
  3. Remove the trowel, pour in the oil and mix 30 seconds at speed 4.
  4. Sift in a bowl the flour with yeast and cocoa and pour into the jar. Mix 30 seconds at speed 5.
  5. Pour the seeds and stir with the spatula.
  6. Grease the pan with butter and pour the mixture from the jar.
  7. Bake at 170° for 35-40 minutes. Prick with a skewer (better wood) and if it comes out dry is that it is ready, if it gets wet leave it a few more minutes.
  8. Take out, cool on a rack and ready to enjoy.
Notes
Use sunflower oil, if you put it olive it will come out with a taste too strong.
