Cold pasta salad

We start the week with a cold pasta salad, a recipe very easy and simple to do. It is a perfect dish to prepare in summer, for a quick lunch or dinner is great, for pasta lovers it is great to eat all year round.

It is very simple, so that it turns out well we have to be careful with the cooking of the pasta, it must be at its point, “al dente”. The other ingredients will depend on our tastes. To make the salad more showy it is very good to put colored paste, the dressing can also be varied and put honey and mustard.

Ingredients
  • 1 packet of pasta (macaroni, lacitos,
  • shells, spirals…)
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • Stuffed olives
  • crab

  • Chives
  • Corn
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh cheese
  • For dressing:
  • Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Preparation
  1. First we will bring to a boil the pasta, the time will be the one you put in the instructions on the package or as you like. When it is we remove it, strain it and pass it under the tap and so cool it, reserve it.
  2. In a large or individual plate, put the leaves of washed lettuce as a base or cut into pieces, put the pasta and put the other ingredients.
  3. Cherrys tomatoes cut in half, tuna, olives, cut crab sticks, eggs cooked to pieces, a little corn if you like, chives and fresh cheese cut into pieces.
  4. Mix the ingredients and season the salad, with oil, vinegar, salt and a little pepper.
  5. The dressing can be combined with a little honey and mustard if you like it, it gives very good taste.
  6. The quantities of ingredients, will be to your taste.
