These cookies or cookies with Chocolate chips are very easy to make and are very rich. Surely the little ones love to help you make balls with the dough and once baked, enjoy them at snack or breakfast.

These cookies are like American cookies, but the main change they have is that we have removed butter and replaced by soft olive oil. So, although we should not abuse them because of the sugars they contain, the fat they provide us is healthier.

  • 1 egg
  • 40 gr. white sugar
  • 40 gr. brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 180 gr.
  • flour

  • 60 gr. soft olive oil
  • ½ sachet of baking yeast
  • 2 teaspoons avainillado sugar
  • 100 gr. chocolate nuggets
  1. Introduce into the jar all ingredients except flour and chocolate nuggets. Mix 20 seconds at speed 6.
  2. Then add about 70 grams of chocolate nuggets and mix again 10 seconds at speed 4. The rest of the nuggets will be used to put them on the surface of the cookies.
  3. Remove the dough from the biscuits from the jar and finish mixing with floured hands.
  4. Divide the dough into portions, the size according to how we want them to be large cookies.
  5. Make a ball with each portion and chamfer it with your hand.
  6. Place chocolate nuggets on the surface of each cookie.
  7. Place in the preheated oven at 180ºC and bake for 12-15 minutes until we see that they start to brown.
  8. Let cool and are ready for your breakfast or snack.
