Today I bring a traditional cake recipe: This cakewas the one I used to prepare for my children’s birthdays and they loved it.

Over the years we were making variations in the decoration: we put the chocolate layer on top and once dry prepared with chocolate biscuits and dolls Jurasic Park, or adorned it with lacasites or other similar chocolate caramel.

  • 1 liter whole milk
  • 10 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 sachets flanin el niño
  • 1 packet of cookies Maria
  • Butter
  • Pure Cocoa
  1. First spray the cookies and pour them into a bowl together with previously melted butter. Now mix and flatten into the mold until the entire bottom is covered.
  2. Then we make the flan, for this we put in a glass two sachets of flanin and a little milk and stir.
  3. Then we put the butterfly and pour in the jar the remaining milk and sugar and set 5 minutes, 90 degrees, speed 3.
  4. We also throw the content of the mixture and schedule 7 minutes, 90 degrees, speed 3.
  5. Finally we pour a little of the mixture into the mold, carefully cover with cookies and do the same again leaving a little mixture in the jar.
  6. Finally we pour two tablespoons of cocoa into the jar and mix. Now we pour the mixture on the biscuits from the mold covering completely and again garnish with cookies.
