  • 4 egg yolks,
  • 120 gr. sugar,
  • 50 gr. cream
  • 1 sachet of vanillada sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 700 gr. of water, (if you prepare it with the steamer)
  • brown sugar to caramelize the surface.
First put the butterfly on the blades and mix the yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar for 1 minute speed 5.
  1. Then pour the cream and cornstarch and mix again 1 minute speed 5.
  2. Then pour into molds and bake 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
  3. If you decide to do it on the steam tray, put the water in the jar, cover the molds with kitchen paper and put on top of foil.
  4. Also schedule 30 minutes 100 degrees speed 3. Similarly, at the end of time check that they are made and if not, leave a little more time.
  5. Finally before serving, sprinkle each pan with enough sugar, at least a teaspoon, and candy it with a cooking torch or putting the molds under the strong grill. Likewise, keep a close eye on the caramelized creme brulée so as not to pass you.
