  • 800 gr. cuttlefish
  • 250 gr. mushrooms (single or varied)
  • 50 gr. olive oil
  • 4 cloves of peeled garlic
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chopped parsley
  1. Pour the oil into the jar and heat for 1 minute, temperature 120ºC, speed 2.
  2. Add the garlic and schedule 3 minutes, temperature 120ºC, speed 1-S.
  3. When that time if the garlic is not well chopped schedule a few seconds to speed 5.
  4. Add flour and paprika and schedule 2 minutes, temperature 120ºC, speed 2.
  5. Place the mixing paddle on the blades.
  6. Enter the cuttlefish clean, diced and springy.
  7. Then add also the mushrooms cut into pieces or into slices. Schedule 20 minutes, temperature 120ºC, speed 2.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
