Edamame with rejo

Edamame con rejoEdamame with rejo or with octopus or with pot each with what he wants and can afford. Start the course, it is time to learn many new things among them to enjoy products that offer us other cultures as is the case of edamame. Although I have almost always seen it prepared with pods to me personally I wanted to integrate it into a more normal recipe for the whole family to enjoy.

I went to buy it with the intention of finding the soy beans, but all I found was a package with frozen pods so we had to cook and peel the famous edamame.
