Fast carbonara pasta

Occasionally come well recipes like this fast pasta to carbonara. It is a simple recipe to prepare and with which we also do not dirty anything but our Mycook to prepare the dish, since both the sauce and the pasta are made inside the machine.

As I have commented on other occasions I am one of those who normally prepare the sauce with Mycook and cook pasta in the traditional style, but some that again I encourage myself with this type of recipes in which everything is done at once and the truth is that in this case the sea of good has remained.

The carbonara type sauce that is prepared with this recipe is not the original, nor does it intend to be, in Italy it is prepared with egg, without cream, here in Spain usually with cream, and I to make this recipe I use egg and evaporated milk, a mixture of the two versions and replacing the cream with evaporated milk to make the cream recipe a little lighter.
