  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 300 gr of lactose-free cream
  • 200 gr rice milk
  • 1 sachet of curd
  • 130 gr
  • Sugar

  • Chocolate Syrup
  1. Spread the molds with the chocolate syrup. You don’t need to take too much to cover the bottom a little will be worth.
  2. Put the cream, milk and sugar in the jar and heat 5 minutes at 90° speed 2.
  3. Add the curd sachet and chopped bananas and schedule 1 minute at 90° speed 4.
  4. Carefully pour into the mold and allow to cool. When they are warm, put in the fridge for 4 hours minimum.
In addition to being very rich, they are prepared in a moment and do not need either oven or bath marie, curds solitas.
You can replace cream with milk if you do not want it with so many calories.
I have prepared them without lactose but you can use any kind of milk both cow, goat, soy, almonds…
