A perfect recipe to take advantage of those bananas that are getting ugly, Fast curds from ripe bananas. - 2 ripe bananas
- 300 gr of lactose-free cream
- 200 gr rice milk
- 1 sachet of curd
- 130 gr
- Chocolate Syrup

- Spread the molds with the chocolate syrup. You don’t need to take too much to cover the bottom a little will be worth.
- Put the cream, milk and sugar in the jar and heat 5 minutes at 90° speed 2.
- Add the curd sachet and chopped bananas and schedule 1 minute at 90° speed 4.
- Carefully pour into the mold and allow to cool. When they are warm, put in the fridge for 4 hours minimum.
You can replace cream with milk if you do not want it with so many calories.
