Fish and prawns cake

Despite living in port de marina, where good fish abounds, sometimes I have to put imagination for my children to eat it. Small fish such as anchovies, sardines, etc which is the typical fish of Malaga they love, but when I put some fish in which they can find the minimum thorn it costs me a little more than they like. This time I have prepared a fish cake and prawns, which I have thrown hake, but you can also make with any other fish you like.   • 500 gr. clean hake of skin and thorns
  • -12 prawns +3 for ornament
  • -240 grams of chopped leek (white part only)
  • -50 grams of olive oil
  • -3 eggs
  • -200 grams of cream for cooking
  • -salt
  • -pepper
  • -pink sauce or mayonnaise for garnish
Preparation
  1. First place the hake in the basket and on top the peeled prawns. Book.
  2. Then add to the glass the oil and heat it 1 minute, 120 degrees, speed 1.
  3. Then throw the leek and schedule 5 minutes, 120 degrees speed 1.
  4. Then grind 10 seconds speed 6.
  5. Likewise pour the fish and prawns, leaving some to garnish, and grind 5 seconds speed 5 (should not be undone). Book in a bowl.
  6. Finally, without washing the glass pour the eggs, cream, salt and pepper and schedule 5 seconds speed 5. Add the reserved fish and mix with a spatula.
  7. To finish grease a microwave-safe mould and cover with film wrap, making holes for steam to come out. Cook 8 minutes at maximum power.
  8. Leave it inside with the door closed another 10 minutes.Once cold unmold and cool.
