Ingredients
  • 2 slices of bread with cereals
  • 2 medium oranges of juice
  • 1 medium crushed tomato
  • 2 slices of boiled turkey
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
Preparation
  1. For our juice, we will only squeeze two medium oranges ideal for making juice. In case it’s not juice, we’ll need three oranges. Do not add anything else, although if you like the sweetest one, we recommend a teaspoon of honey to replace white sugar.
  2. For the solid part of our breakfast, we will use two slices of cereal bread (satiate more than the slices of normal bread) which we will previously toast on both sides. We will add a little olive oil and then smear it with the pulp of a medium crushed tomato . If you do not like tomato skin it is desirable to peel it before crushing it. On top we add a pinch of fine salt and a slice of cooked turkey to each slice of bread.

To the juice you can add a couple of more fruits: apple, pear, avocado, etc.
