Garlic chicken wings

Alas de pollo al ajilloGarlic chicken wings a classic that is said. A very simple recipe that everyone loves. For this recipe I like to use small wings much more, I think they are juicier but that I leave it to your liking.

In half an hour we will have the recipe prepared. Also if it happens to you like me that some days like alone can freeze perfectly. And best of all, they don’t have gluten, no lactose, no problems for egg intolerants. Cooking healthy and for everyone is not so complicated.

  • 40 gr of olive oil
  • 50 gr of garlic (peeled and better without the germ)
  • 500 gr of chicken wings
  • salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 50 gr white wine
  • 50 gr chicken broth
  • 1 bay leaf
  1. Clean the wings well and not leave a hair, help you with a lighter torch… each has its technique. Cut the wings and reserve.
  2. Pour the oil into the jar and heat 1 minute and 30 seconds at 120° speed 1.
  3. Add half the garlic in the jar and fry for 3 minutes at 120° speed 1.
  4. Place the mixing trowel. Put the salpimentadas chicken wings, the rest of the garlic and schedule 10 minutes at 120° speed 2.
  5. Now it’s time to white wine, chicken broth and laurel and schedule 10 minutes at 120° speed 2.
In this recipe instead of chicken broth I added a little broth that had left over some beans with prawns and the result was spectacular.
If you do not like the laurel you can perfectly do without it.

Do not throw the tips of the wings, you can use them to make a broth, for a rice, for soup…
