Ingredients
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 parsley bouquet (leaves only)
  • 400 gr chopped mushrooms or chopped mushrooms
  • 30 gr extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper (optional I never put it)
  • 100 gr ham taquitos
Preparation
  1. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly taking care that there is no soil left.
  2. Put the garlic and parsley into the jar and grind 30 seconds at speed 6. Using the spatula, lower the remnants of the lid and the inside of the jar towards the blades.
  3. Place the butterfly on the blades.
  4. Add oil and schedule 1 minute at 100° speed 1.
  5. Pour the laminated or chopped mushrooms (that to your liking), salt and schedule 14 minutes at 100° speed 3.
  6. Put the ham and schedule 4 minutes at 120° speed 2 without the cup to evaporate excess broth.
Notes
In the ingredients I put the pepper although I do not usually throw it gives them another touch.
If at the end of the sauce was very liquid, remove the mushrooms from the jar (we can strain them with the help of the basket) leaving only the sauce and schedule 5 minutes more at 100° speed 1.
