Green beans with potatoes and ham

Today I propose a simple and soft dish, some green beans with potatoes and ham, a very complete dish that we can prepare for a lunch or dinner.

A very simple and light as we soon have Christmas and we will abuse a little delicious meals. Green beans give us fiber, vitamins, minerals and few fats and a quick dish to prepare.

This dish of green beans with potatoes and ham I have accompanied it with a boiled egg per person and seasoned it with a little garlic and chopped parsley and mixed with olive oil. Surely you will like it!!!

Ingredients
  • 400 gr. Green beans
  • 3 potatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 gr. chopped ham
  • Garlic, parsley
  • Olive oil
Preparation
  1. The first thing we will do is lay the 4 eggs to cook for 10 minutes.
  2. On the other hand we wash the green beans cut the ends and cut them into pieces. We peel the potatoes and cut into pieces.
  3. We put a casserole with water and a little salt when it starts to boil introduce the potatoes, after 10 minutes we will put the beans and leave until the potatoes and tender beans remain.
  4. When they are we take them out and we’ll put it to drain.
  5. Sauté the pieces of ham in a frying pan with a little oil, reserve.
  6. In a bowl we put the beans with potatoes, on top we put the sautéed ham.
  7. We peel the boiled eggs and put around the fountain.
  8. Chop a couple of garlic put it in a mortar with a little parsley, crush a little and put a good stream of oil, with this we distribute it over the beans and potatoes.
  9. And ready to eat!!!
