Last week I published a recipe for edamame: Spicy edamame appetizer. As I told you, edamame is the name of a culinary preparation of immature soy pods, boiled in salted water and served whole. This time I bring you another recipe with this ingredient, which as an appetizer goes great: Hummus from edamame . Healthy, light and easy to prepare with Mycook . Great served with crudités (vegetables cut into sticks), crackers, crackers etc. Surely you’ll want to repeat more times!

Ingredients
- 200 g edamame beans
- 40 g raw spinach
- 35 g tahini
- 1 shallot
- 1 tooth
- Cominos
- cayenne
- juice of a lemon
- 25 g olive oil
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
- First of all we fill the glass with a liter of water. We heat it by programming 7 minutes, 100º, speed 1.While we put the pods in the basket.
- Next we place it on the inside of the glass. Since the pods are frozen we have to heat it again by programming 5 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 4.
- Then add salt and cook them for 3 minutes, 100º, speed 4.
- While put in a large bowl ice water. We refresh the edamame under the tap and put it with ice a couple of minutes to cool.
- Then we peel the edamame discarding the pods and putting the beans in the glass.
- Also add spinach, tahini, shallot and peeled garlic. We also add a tip of ground cumins and another of cayenne flakes. We grind for 10 seconds, speed 5.
- Then we schedule 1 minute, speed 5 and pour the lemon juice and olive oil.
- Salt pepper and rectify to taste cumin and cayenne. Reschedule 1 minute, speed 5.
