  • 8 medium leeks (only the white part)
  • 1 liter of water
  • ½ spoon salt for water
  • a pinch of salt for the leeks
  • 6 sticks of surimi
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ½ ripe mango
  • ½ chives
  • 2 boiled eggs
To cook the leeks:
  1. Put in the jar water and salt and heat 8 minutes to 120° speed 3.
  2. While thoroughly wash the leeks so that there is no rest of earth and open longitudinally in half. Place in the steamer tray and pour a pinch of salt.
  3. Put the steamer into position and schedule 20 minutes at 120° speed 3 (if they are thin and 30 if they are thick like these). Drain well and allow to cool.
For the filling:
  1. Prepare the filling in a bowl by casting the mango, crab sticks, chives and chopped eggs to your liking.
  2. Mix with mayonnaise.
  3. Fill the leeks with this mixture and serve.
To find out if the leeks are ready, prick with a fork. They must not resist, but also not be past so that they do not fall apart when serving them.
If you put mayonnaise a little bit of the juice that releases the mango you will give it a delicious touch.
