Lemon mousse

On Sunday I made to eat the mellow black rice with squid that I shared with you and for dessert this rich lemon mousse. A good combination for a Sunday meal.

Lemon mousse is a sweet but at the same time refreshing dessert. It is prepared in two steps with our Mycook and then just keep it in the fridge until serving it. At home we love it, try to do it and tell us what it seemed to you.

Depending on the amount of egg white mounted to the point of snow you put, the mousse will be more or less fluffy.

  • 130 gr. Condensed milk
  • 180 gr. natural yogurt without sugar (I used Greek yogurt)
  • 50 gr. lemon juice
  • 2 or 3 egg whites


  1. Place the mixing trowel on the blades.
  2. Pour egg whites into the jar. Schedule speed 5 without time and watch until the clears are fully firm and mounted. Book.
  3. Remove the mixing paddle from the jar.
  4. Then enter the condensed milk, yogurt and lemon juice. Mix 40 seconds at speed 5.
  5. Finally, we only have to put together the mixture that we have just prepared with the whites to the point of snow with enveloping movements.
  6. Distribute in the containers where we want them to serve and enter in the fridge until the moment they are going to be consumed.
