Light prawns salad

Light prawns salad, a highly recommended option to entertain our guests. Good price, good combination of flavors and light I don’t know if you can ask much more. Accompanied by a traditional dressing or why not the light pink sauce I published a few days ago.

With few ingredients it is perfect to prepare without having to spend hours in the kitchen so that you can enjoy our guests and the holidays to the fullest.

Ingredients
  • 1 pack of gourmet salad
  • 24 prawns
  • 1 pack of gulas (250 gr)
  • 6 slices of pineapple in syrup or natural that to taste
  • light pink sauce
  • 1 liter of water
  • salt
  • oil
  • Vinegar
  • ½ lemon
Preparation
Cook the prawns in the steamer:
  1. Place the prawns in the steamer and add salt above to taste (and lemon, optional).
  2. Put the water in the jar and place the steamer in place. Schedule 12- 15 minutes at 120° speed 3. It will depend on how cooked you like and the size, for me with 12 minutes they are perfect.
Prepare the gluttony and pineapple:
  1. In the pan sauté a little gluttony with a tablespoon of oil. Book.
  2. Brown also the pineapple slices. Book.
Assemble the salad.

:

  1. Wash the salad well each who chooses the one you like best.
  2. In a corner put the salad and front the gluttony.
  3. Cut the pineapple slices in the middle and put on each plate 3 pieces making a kind of flower. Place the prawns on the pineapple.
  4. Season

  5. the salad with a little vinegar oil and salt.
  6. Put the pink sauce in the center of the table and add each one you want.
Notes
When placing the prawns on the tray, make sure that all holes are not covered.
