Leche merengada con Mycook

Today I publish a refreshing recipe, for these hot days to despite the start of autumn soon: Merengada milk with Mycook. I love to take it in ice cream parlors very cool, although there is not all, so I have encouraged to prepare at home an original recipe for Speed Spoon, adapting it to Mycook.This is, of all the recipes I’ve tried, is the one that I liked the most.

Merengada milk has as main ingredients:milk flavored with sugar, cinnamon and lemon. In some recipes it is prepared with evaporated milk, but I liked this one that carries normal or skimmed milk and milk powder.

If you want a cool glass, I encourage you to make it at home, since it is very simple with Mycook.

Ingredients
  • 200gr of sugar
  • 200gr of skimmed milk
  • half lemon peel
  • 2 sticks cinnamon stick
  • 100gr skimmed milk powder
  • 800gr ice
Preparation
  1. First add sugar and program 45 seconds at progressive speed 5-10. Take out and reserve.
  2. Then pour the milk into the glass to which you have previously put the butterfly, along with the cinnamon sticks and lemon peel into the glass and bring to a boil for 15 minutes, temperature 100º and speed 2.
  3. Then take out, let cool and strain.
  4. When the milk is already cold and strained, add it again to the glass, also introduce the powdered milk and the glass sugar and mix everything for 25 seconds at speed 4.
  5. Then add the ice cubes to the glass and schedule 1 minute in progressive speed 5-10.
  6. Finally serve at the moment sprinkled cinnamon in polov or pour everything into a tupper and freeze.
  7. Also when you take it out of the freezer, it can be put in the Mycook again to grind it well.
