- 750 g. of carrots
- 120 ml. of water
- Salt, a pinch
- To begin, peel the carrots and cut them into slices between 1 and 2 centimeters thick.
- Then place the slices in a microwave safe container in which they are well spread and add water and salt.
- Cover the container with film and put it in the microwave where we cook the carrots at maximum power for 6 minutes.
- Finally, we take the carrots naturally out of the bowl and drain if needed. They’re ready to taste!
