The time of peaches has come and that’s why we are going to share a few recipes with this delicious fruit. The first will be a rich and healthy natural peach juice.
At home we like vineyard peaches, yellows with prieta meat, and with those we have prepared this juice today. But if you like more other varieties such as red peach it is also possible to do perfectly with them.
The quantities are somewhat indicative, first with water, because depending on whether you like thicker or more liquid juice you will have to vary the amount. And second with sugar, because it will depend on the sweetness that peaches themselves have and how sweet tooth you are and how you like things sweet. If you prefer to sweeten with other ingredients such as honey, syrups or sweeteners it can also be done, but always considering that this may vary the final taste of your juice.
- 2 peaches (of the variety you like)
- ¼ lemon without skin or nuggets
- 1-2 tablespoons sugar
- 50 gr. ice (preferably homemade)
- 120 gr. cold water
- to enter into the jar peeled peaches without the central bone, lemon, sugar and ice. Shred 30 seconds at speed 6. Lower the remnants of the walls with the help of a spatula.
- Then again grind 1 minute at progressive speed 5-10.
- Add cold water and mix 15 seconds at speed 6.
- Serve immediately.
