Pasta with milk sauce

Pasta con salsa de lechePasta with milk sauce, because not always we will prepare the pasta in the same way and with the same sauce and also discover new flavors. With milk it comes equally rich and with very few ingredients we will have a rich meal.

To thicken the sauce a little I used an instant thickener since I use rice milk that does not have much body or fat, but you can use cornstarch of the whole life diluted in a little milk, sure you have it at home.

This time I’m going to cook the pasta with our mycook robot so you can see how simple it is, and the sauce will prepare it in a saucepan because I find it easier to catch the right to the sauce, seeing how thick we can leave it a little liquider or thicker to each taste.

  • 300 gr tricolor vegetable pasta
  • 1 liter of water
  • chopped parsley
  • salt
  • 300 gr of lactose-free milk
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch thickener
  • 30 gr of lactose-free butter
  1. Put the liter of water in the jar to heat for 10 min at 120° speed 1.
  2. When water boils, pour salt and paste through the lid hole.
  3. Schedule (as long as recommended in the pasta package) 10 minutes at 120° speed 2.
  4. Drain well.
  5. Put in a saucepan to heat the butter, when dissolved add the milk and a handfuls of chopped parsley. Let it start to boil.
  6. Add the instant thickener now and move until it thickens to your liking. It won’t take more than 5 minutes.
