I love fruit cakes and on other occasions I have uploaded recipes from them based on strawberries, mango etc. and since I had little time, I made a peach pie in syrup, very simple but delicious. It has a sponge cake base with part of the crushed peach and a top layer of peach in syrup cut into pieces and bathed with its own syrup.

Ingredients
  • 1 large pot of peach in syrup (480 grams drained).
  • 115 grams of pastry flour.
  • 130 grams of sugar
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
  1. First we preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. While we pour in the jar the peaches (minus four that we will use to garnish the cake), milk, eggs and cinnamon and set 30 seconds speed 5.
  3. Then we sift in a bowl the flour with the yeast, and throw it into the jar.
  4. We also pour sugar and set 30 seconds speed 4.
  5. Then we will pour the dough into a previously oiled mold and cover it with the pieces of peach previamento cut (We will reserve more or less according to the size of the mold).
  6. Finally we will bring to the oven about 50 to 60 minutes; after this time we prick with a knife and if it comes out clean it will be at its point.
  7. To finish, we paint over with the syrup to give it a bright touch
Notes
Try to put quite a peach on top to make it very eye-catching.
