  • 2 diced reineta apples (without skin or nuggets)
  • 500 gr water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • a piece of ham (40-50 gr)
  • 2 slices of ham
Preparation
  1. Put the leek and oil and schedule 20 seconds at speed 4. Lower the debris towards the blades.

Notes
Reineta apples give it a perfect acidic touch, weighed 275 gr so that you calculate a little the necessary amount.
