Raspberry vinegar Ideal to give a different touch or flavor to our salads. With this vinegar I will marinate some scallions for another recipe. We took advantage of the raspberries we collected last month to make a very easy recipe and above all result. With 3 ingredients you will have a surprising vinegar. If it happens to you like me and you have many raspberries you can make more amount to give to friends or family.
The recipe is done in 10 minutes, but once done you have to let it stand at least a weekin a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Have you tried to make some strawberries with vinegar? They are more than good but if in addition the vinegar we use we have made it ourselves at home then richer still. We want to do it with several flavors because we exchange raspberries for strawberries even blueberries (especially if we are going to take them to Brañilin, those if they are good) and solved.
