Salad mix


As long as I don’t have any commitment this day, I try to eat healthy and light at the meal of December 31. Why? Because we expect one day that what is usually the most leftover is the food, because since we met friends or family we start eating and it’s late in the morning of the New Year and we are still eating, drinking and celebrating.

For this simple reason I try, not only on the 31st but the days left in the middle of Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, to eat lightly and especially with salads. Just as long as I don’t have any commitment to someone who should skip this self-imposed “diet”. If you want to follow my routine and make every day a light but quite complete salad for lunch or dinner, here is my proposal today: Salad Mix.

  • 1 can tuna
  • Corn
  • Shredded carrot
  • 1 boiled egg
  • ¼ fresh onion
  • ½ cucumber
  1. First of all, it will be to thoroughly and thoroughly wash our greens. Next, we cut the lettuce, removing the greenest leaves, fresh onion, from which we will remove the first layer, and half cucumber. The latter is very small. Add everything to the bowl or plate.
