Spaghetti with avocado carbonara

A recipe for pasta but with a sauce totally different from what is used to, spaghetti with avocado carbonara. It does not wear cream so it is much lighter and especially digestive. It has cheese and you know that if there is any intolerant about putting it without lactose is solved. The pasta I used is wholemeal with what is still healthier recipe.

You will love the taste even to those who avocado doesn’t just convince you, so don’t swirls and try it.

  • 300 gr whole spaghetti
  • 360 gr avocado
  • 1 egg
  • 200 gr zucchini
  • 80 gr parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • 1 drizzle of oil to cook pasta
  • 20 gr of oil
  1. Fill the jar with 1 liter of water, a little salt and a drizzle of oil and heat 7 minutes at 120° speed 2.
  2. Add the spaghetti (whole) by the mouth, schedule the time indicated by the package (I always two more minutes because I do not like the pasta al dente) at 100° speed 2.
  3. As soon as spaghetti no longer peel out the mouth place the measuring cup until the end of time.
  4. Store two saucepans of the cooking broth to prepare the sauce.
  5. Strain the pasta with the help of the basket. Book.
  6. Put in the jar the cut avocados, egg, cooking water and a little salt and grind everything until you get a creamy texture 1 minute at speed 4.Book.
  7. Put the oil 1 minute at 120° speed 1 and add the zucchini cut into small pieces. Cook 4 minutes at 100° speed 1.
  8. Add the avocado sauce and give a few turns to everything to mix, 30 seconds at speed 3.
  9. Put the pasta in the bowl where you will serve it, put over the pasta and finally sprinkle the cheese. Move to mix everything well and eat.
If you do not want to use wholemeal paste you can use whatever you want since I have not set cooking time to follow the instructions of each manufacturer.
Perfectly it can be gluten free pasta.
