A sponge cake with dried apricots without gluten or lactose for take advantage of the dried apricots that were left of Christmas and suitable for lactose and celiac intolerants.

This time I forgot to go through flour the pieces of apricots and there that were all in the background but in the recipe I tell you how to do to prevent this from happening.

Ingredients
  • 1 natural yogurt without lactose
  • 1 measure of sunflower oil yogurt
  • 2 measures of sugar yogurt (250 gr)
  • 3 measures cornstarch yogurt (200 gr)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 sachet yeast (gluten free)
  • 100 gr apricot apricot apricot apricot
Preparation
  1. Put in the jar eggs with sugar and beat 4 minutes at 40 th speed 4.

  6. Put in a plum cake pan and put in the oven that we will have preheated to 180° about 40 or 45 minutes.
Notes
To avoid adding fruits (in this case the dried apricots) you have to pass them through flour and then remove the excess by shaking the fruits well, you can do it with the help of a bag.
Dried apricots can be exchanged for example prunes.
To make it easier to measure the quantities empty the yogurt into a bowl and so you can measure the rest of the amounts although sugar and cornstarch I have already added them in the ingredients.
