Preparation of the thread:
  1. Spread your hands with a few drops of oil oil so that we do not stick the dough and give the shape of a threaded, to make it insert your fingers in the center and go enlarging the hole until leaving it the size we want.
  2. Put the surprises inside lined with foil and place on the baking sheet on baking paper. Place something in the center so that it does not close.
  3. Paint with syrup (it can also be with beaten egg) and let it double its volume.
To decorate the threaded:
  1. Pre heat the oven to 200° with heat up and down.
  2. When you have raised, put the candied orange slices, add a little sugar moistened with a few drops of orange blossom water and sprinkle the crocanti almond.
  3. Put inside the oven a container with a little water to generate steam.
  4. Bake between 15 and 18 minutes at 200°.
  5. Lower the temperature to 180° and bake another 10 minutes.
  6. Let stand on a rack, when it is cold fill to taste (whipped cream, truffle…) or eat directly.
Notes
Putting a little water inside is to make it juicy but it is not mandatory to do it.
If it is very hard to put aluminum foil on top, every oven is a world.
I brushstroked it with the syrup that left me to prepare candied oranges in syrup because it gives it much more shine than with egg.
