Zucchini with prawns… a recipe that mixes something as humble as zucchini is with a few ladies prawns (perfectly can be replaced by prawns) making this recipe a perfect dish for any day daily or why not, a holiday. It is prepared in less than 20 minutes and with so few ingredients that it seems impossible that it has such a good taste.
When cooking with the skin we retain all the fiber. The benefits of zucchini are many but we can highlight that they reduce cholesterol and blood pressure in addition to helping the health of our eyes and benefit the immune system helping us protect against infections. All this added to shrimp proteins make this dish a fairly complete, healthy and nutritious recipe perfect for those who like to take care of themselves.
