Mussels in green sauce

Mussels made simply steamed are very rich, but if you want a delicious recipe try to make these mussels in green sauce. Prepare a good loaf of bread to dip in the salsita because it’s vice. Although I do not abuse bread I eat directly by taking it with the shells and also tastes to me like glory.

Let’s open the mussels in the steamer while in the jar we prepare the rich green sauce that we will then throw over them. In about 20 minutes we have everything ready. A simple dish, but a sure triumph.

Ingredients
  • 1 kg of mussels
  • 100 gr. onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 50 gr. olive oil
  • 100 gr. white wine
  • 50 gr. water
  • chopped parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
Preparation
  1. Clean the mussels thoroughly and remove the beards.
  2. Place the mussels in the steamer and reserve.
  3. Pour the oil into the jar and heat 3 minutes, temperature 120ºC, speed 2.
  4. Add the onion into pieces and garlic cloves. Schedule 5 minutes, temperature 120ºC, speed 1-S.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Add the wine, water and chopped parsley.
  7. Place the steamer on the jar and cook for 12 minutes, temperature 120ºC, speed 3.
  8. Once the time is over we just have to place the mussels in a bowl and pour the sauce on top.
