Yogurt and mayonnaise sauce for salads

salsa de yogur y mayonesa para ensaladas

Today’s recipe is a yogurt and mayonnaise sauce for salads, easy and rich. I love preparing salads, I do them practically daily since I think it is a perfect starter or accompaniment for any type of dish. Many times the dressing is the most classic, with oil, vinegar and salt, but from time to time it is okay to vary and then I make some side sauce. This time I prepared a yogurt and mayonnaise sauce to season a salad of lettuce, rice, tuna and olives… have not left even a pinch!

This sauce has garlic among its ingredients, you can put it more or less depending on how spicy you want the sauce to be. When they eat the kids I put a small or medium and if it is for us and we want it more powerful flavor I put a couple, that already leave it to your liking.
